Each Fear has their own eldritch domain that they allow their servants to travel and/or live in. The Fears themselves do not need to travel in their own domains; rather, they use the Godsway.
The list of domains:
- The Path of Black Leaves (The Slender Man)
- The Empty City (acts as its own domain)
- The Crumbling Castle (The Plague Doctor)
- The Bleak Shore (The Convocation)
- The Screaming Tower (The Wooden Girl)
- The Catacombs (The Blind Man)
- The Winter Court (The Cold Boy)
- The Towering Realm (The Manufactured Newborn)
- The Flower Fields (The Smiling Man)
- Bliss (The Archangel)
- The Garden of Desolation (The Mother of Snakes)
- The Valley of Song (The Choir)
- The River (The Dying Man)
- The Grove of Fetters (The Brute)
- The Streams Of Destiny (The Vision)
- The Algernon Forest (acts as its own domain)
- The Pantheon of Horror (The Pandoraen Jar)
There are also a select few domains that do not belong to the Fears. In most cases they are either unattached to any Fear because they are sentient beings like the Empty City or they belong to entites that are not considered Fears.

- The Board (The Game Master)
- The Page (The Tale Weaver; formerly belonged to The Marchen)
- Bloody Hell (Formerly belonged The Bloody Biker; currently has no owner)
