Lepers are a type of creature that primarily inhabits Bloody Hell, as well as various other Domains. They vary greatly in importance, appearance, and abilities, but there is always one common factor- the upside-down face that is located somewhere on their bodies.
There are 29 known types of Leper. Some are specific to a certain domain, while others appear universally.
High Ranking Lepers
- The Umbilical (primary leader of all the Bloody Hell Leper)
- The Skinsect (secondary leader of all the Bloody Hell Leper)
- The Widowmaker (mistress of Bloody Hell reproductive Leper and tertiary leader of Bloody Hell)
