Raoul is an alternate version of The Slender Man Mythos character Redlight from the blog Horsemen.
He is the highest commander of The Operator's Hand and serves as its leader in Nyasient'e's absence. His exact age is unknown, but he is at least 300. He dresses in a red hooded robe and has no eyes, thus making him blind.
