The Old is a nine post blogpasta by Pandora set in the Seeing World. It centers around an English literature teacher that likes his life, but wishes he had more friends until he meets an old man called "Sam" in the library.

- The original premise behind The Old was going to be used in a story called Life Worth Living, a sequel to Built for Two. However due to other projects that story was never finished and the concept was altered so it could be an original story rather than a sequel.
