The Simulated is an Afflicted who appears like some kind of glitched out version of a character model in a game.
Backstory[]
The Simulated used to be an ordinary girl named Olivia, until she and her boyfriend were stalked by The Slender Man. Eventually he managed to catch them and brought them to The Path of Black Leaves, where he attempted to transform them into Afflicted. The process worked on the Simulated but failed on her boyfriend, whom she killed in order to end his suffering.

It has long stretched palms, its face is embedded in its body and its head is cut off.
